Yes. Every Warifa product is handcrafted in small batches using natural botanicals, herbs, and essential oils — the same ingredients passed down through generations, now shaped by certified herbal training. Nothing synthetic, nothing rushed.
Who makes Warifa's products, and can I trust the quality?
Warifa was founded by Dr. Dana Alrahbi, a certified herbalist, sound healer, and award-winning author. Every blend is developed and tested personally before it reaches you — Warifa isn't a factory brand, it's a craft.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT PRODUCT?

Can I use more than one Warifa product together?
Yes — that's exactly the idea. Each product page includes a "Pairs Well With" section suggesting rituals that build on one another — a spray to clear the space, a candle to mark the pause, a tea to close the day. Ritual, not routine.
Are Warifa products safe during pregnancy or for sensitive skin?
Warifa products are crafted with care using gentle, natural ingredients. Many of our blends are well-suited for the whole family — including little ones and mothers-to-be — but formulations vary by product. We always recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page, and consulting your doctor if you're pregnant, nursing, or have a specific sensitivity.
Where do you deliver, and how long does delivery take?
We deliver across all 7 emirates of the UAE — orders are prepared within 1-2 business days and arrive within 2-4 days of shipment. We also deliver across the GCC, with delivery taking 5-10 days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
At Warifa, we believe every piece that reaches you carries something of nature's spirit and a touch of craftsmanship - unique, never quite repeated, much like the beauty of small details. Because we care that our products stay as pure as when they left our hands, they are not eligible for return or exchange. But we're always by your side: if an item arrives with an unintended flaw, or doesn't match what you ordered, we're happy to make it right - with a replacement or a refund. Just reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order with the details, and we'll make sure your experience with Warifa stays clear and easy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payment via all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. (Buy-now-pay-later options such as Tabby or Tamara are not yet available.)
