Yes. Every Warifa product is handcrafted in small batches using natural botanicals, herbs, and essential oils—the same ingredients passed down through generations, now shaped by certified herbal training. Nothing artificial, nothing rushed.
WHO MAKES WARIFA PRODUCTS, AND CAN I TRUST THE QUALITY?
Warifa was founded by Dr. Dana Al-Rahbi, a certified herbalist, sound healer, and award-winning author. Each blend is personally developed and tested before it reaches you—Warifa is not a manufacturing brand, it's a craft.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT PRODUCT?

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE WARIFA PRODUCT TOGETHER?
Yes—that’s the whole idea. Every product page includes a “Pairs well with” section suggesting rituals that build upon each other—a mist to clear a space, a candle to mark a pause, a tea to close the day. Rituals, not routine.
ARE WARIFA PRODUCTS SAFE DURING PREGNANCY OR FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?
Warifa products are carefully crafted using gentle natural ingredients. Many of our blends are suitable for the whole family—including young children and pregnant individuals—but formulations vary by product. We always recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page and consulting your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have specific sensitivities.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER, AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We deliver across all seven Emirates in the UAE—a unified delivery of 2 to 4 days. We also deliver outside the UAE from 10 to 14 days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
At Warifa, we believe that every piece that reaches you carries a piece of nature's soul and a touch of craftsmanship. This is why it is unique, unrepeatable… just like the beauty of small details.
And because we care that our products remain as pure as they left our hands, they are not eligible for exchange or return.
However, we are always by your side, so if you receive a product with an unintended defect or it does not match what you ordered, we are happy to take care of it and compensate you either with a replacement product or a refund.
All we ask is that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with details, and we will ensure that your experience with Warifa remains clear and easy.

We accept online payment via all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. (Buy Now, Pay Later options like Tabby or Tamara are not yet available.)
